Scott plays Irish flute and penny whistle with InishMohr. For a number of years, he studied Irish flute with Laura MacKenzie in St. Paul. He has recently tackled the rigors of fiddle playing.

We joke that Scott's ambition is to own every traditional Celtic music CD ever recorded and he's well on the way. His extensive knowledge of the intricacies of traditional Irish music is quite impressive.

Scott is also a very talented Scottish Country dancer. He has the distinction of being one of the few certified Scottish Country Dance instructors in the Twin Cities.
