Lisa plays Bodhrán and penny whistle and sings for InishMohr.

Although she's an accomplished singer and whistle player, Lisa exhibited a talent for playing the Bodhrán almost immediately upon picking one up. She has an excellent sense of timing and continues to evoke innovative sounds and rhythms from the traditional Irish drum.

Through her travels around the western isles of Scotland and the west coast of Ireland, Lisa picked up some of her favorite tunes and developed a love for both languages. She's taken on the ambitious goal of learning Irish.

Lisa is also an avid participant in the Twin Cities chapter of the Royal Scottish Country Dance Society.
